Stellen Sie Ihre mit Kräutern oder aromatischen Hartholz befüllte Räucherbox in kaltes Wasser. Nach einer halben Stunde können Sie das Wasser ablaufen lassen. Stellen Sie die Smoker Box auf Ihre Heizquelle.
